Resupply reminder: HCP already using the portal

Following your resupply order in [month of last request], I am writing to remind you of how to proceed with a resupply order should your patient still require medication via this early access programme. 

 

To begin the resupply process, please can you follow the link and log into Your Patient Access Portal to submit the request online:

Additionally, attached you can find the portal User Guides to help with the process. We usually recommend allowing 2 to 3 weeks for this process.

 

You can track the status of the request through the portal at any time, but if in the meantime you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Following your resupply order in [month of last request], I am writing to explain recent changes to the way in which you can proceed with a resupply order should your patient still require medication via this early access programme. 

 

We are pleased to introduce you to a new, online ordering system, Your Patient Access Portal:

To request resupplies for your patient, we encourage you to register as a user on Your Patient Access Portal and Bionical Emas will verify your account. Once the account has been verified you will have access to the system to submit your request online.

 

Alternatively, you are still welcome to complete your resupply request by using the attached Patient Access Form. This can be returned to us at Patient.Access@bionical-emas.com.
